Take 1- 3 teaspoons (5-15g) and add hot water or milk for a delicious morning drink. Alternatively add cold milk and your favourite ingredients to make a delicious cold laté. If making a cold iced coffee, please mix RUUM with a small amount of hot water first to allow the powder to dissolve fully before adding cold milk For best results, use an electric whisk. Some minor sediment is normal due to the water solubility of some ingredients.

What is mushroom coffee?

Does mushroom coffee contain caffeine?
RUUM contains on average around 75% less caffeine than standard coffee. Our blend contains just 23.5mg of caffeine per serving, which gives you just enough caffeine to get the initial boost, but then the magic of our other ingredients takes over meaning you don't get the harsh crash of the caffeine wearing off. We us the finest Aribica coffee to give you best in flavour.
Does mushroom coffee taste like mushrooms?
We have specially formulated our blend to give a unique yet 'familiar' flavour. It does not taste of mushrooms. RUUM is mixed with the finest arabic coffee and we use dehydrated coconut as a sweetener which also provides a creamy smooth taste. We are confident that any coffee lover will fall in love with RUUM
Can mushroom coffee help with stress and anxiety?
Our carefully selected blend of ingredients is specifically aimed for the most positive neurological benefits, including stress and anxiety. We use Reishi extract which has been shown to help with both stress and anxiety and the unique combination means you get your daily energy fix with the calming effects of our unqiue mushroom ingredients.
